We want to thank everyone who attended the conference. It was a huge success with almost 500 registered! Read on to learn about C.E.'s and recordings, and how to watch the presentations if you didn’t attend.

 CONFERENCE EVENT PORTAL

Post-conference Information is Available for the 22nd Annual NW Patient Safety Conference

 

If you attended the conference, please look for the email sent to you on November 14th “SURVEY/C.E. APPLICATION: 2025 NW Patient Safety Conference." It includes instructions on how to view the presentations, apply for CEs and a short survey to give us feedback. Your feedback helps us host conferences tailored to you.

 

If you missed registration or want to watch the sessions you missed we have great news for you!


The conference presentations are now posted on the event portal. If you registered, view the recorded presentations by logging into the event portal HERE. Enter your attendee confirmation code (you can find your attendee confirmation code at the very bottom of your registration confirmation email, if you can’t obtain it, please HERE to have it sent to your email). Once you are logged into the portal, click on the “Info” tab at the top of the page furthest to the left. The presentations, slides, and supporting materials will all be posted here sorted by presentation date and time. 

 

If you didn’t register, you can. You will have access to the presentations until the next conference. To register please contact Amelina Kassa at akassa@qualityhealth.org.

Speak Up! Award December Nominations

 

The WPSC Speak-Up! Award is taking nominations for the Fall award. The nomination deadline is December 31, 2025.
 
It is a statewide recognition program that celebrates the efforts of individuals and teams at Washington healthcare organizations who demonstrate a commitment to keeping patients and staff safe by speaking up and voicing their concerns to promote health care safety. This is a great way to recognize staff and Washington healthcare organizations for the fantastic work they are doing. It is open to clinical and non-clinical employees/team members from all Washington healthcare organizations, such as hospitals, pharmacies, long term care (e.g., skilled nursing facilities & assisted living facilities), clinics and physician offices to name some examples.
