If you attended the conference, please look for the email sent to you on November 14th “SURVEY/C.E. APPLICATION: 2025 NW Patient Safety Conference." It includes instructions on how to view the presentations, apply for CEs and a short survey to give us feedback. Your feedback helps us host conferences tailored to you.
If you missed registration or want to watch the sessions you missed we have great news for you!
The conference presentations are now posted on the event portal. If you registered, view the recorded presentations by logging into the event portal HERE. Enter your attendee confirmation code (you can find your attendee confirmation code at the very bottom of your registration confirmation email, if you can’t obtain it, please HERE to have it sent to your email). Once you are logged into the portal, click on the “Info” tab at the top of the page furthest to the left.
